Are you passionate about training the next generation of boating industry professionals? ACP is seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver the Certificate IV in Boating Services across our various campus locations.
About the Role:
As a Trainer & Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and industry-relevant training, assessing student competency, and ensuring high-quality learning outcomes. You will work closely with students from diverse backgrounds, supporting their journey into the marine and boating industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Certificate IV in Boating Services training in line with ACP’s curriculum and compliance requirements.
Assess student competencies through practical and theoretical assessments.
Provide mentoring and support to students, ensuring they gain industry-relevant skills.
Maintain accurate student records and assessment documentation.
Engage with industry partners to facilitate workplace training and job placements.
What We’re Looking For:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) – Essential.
Industry experience in Marine Craft Construction or a related field – Preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt training to suit diverse student needs.
A commitment to quality education and student success.
Own vehicle & willingness to travel between campus locations – Required.
