Job Description:

You will need a proven track record in an Operations role where the safety of employees, clients and members of the public are first and foremost.

Supporting the Marina Manager your key responsibilities will include the operations of the Marina focusing on best practice operating procedures, maintenance of company plant and equipment, contractor supervision and liaising with tenants.

Safety is vital to our business, and you will be responsible for ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date, implemented and followed. Safety training as per our training manuals is key with full emphasis on zero boat damage. 

Success in this role will involve making a positive difference whilst leading a small team by example with contagious enthusiasm creating a ‘’can do’’ culture. We will value your drive for continuous improvement initiatives and passion for streamlining processes. 

You must have sound skills in writing reports and operational documents, solving problems, customer service, clear communication, training, MS Office, time management and effective completing multiple tasks on time with diplomacy, confidentiality and professionalism.

A forklift licence is required, and a marine background is an advantage.
