This is a great opportunity to join a fun, energetic and committed team where we value passion and a positive attitude. As an organisation we pride ourselves on professionalism, development, growth and determination in providing a market leading service to our clients.
This is an exciting multi-faceted role requiring you to provide accurate and timely administration support to the Marina Manager whilst providing exemplary service to our valued clients.
Of primary importance is client liaison and satisfaction responding quickly to telephone and electronic enquiries, managing renewal of client contracts, tenancies and insurance requirements and communicating required boat movements to the appropriate team members.
Other responsibilities include managing and maintaining our CRM and filing system, sales ensuring site occupancy is maximised, invoicing, accounts payable, processing of payments, office inventory, ensuring visiting contractors have required insurances etc. and other ad hoc administration tasks.
This role calls for autonomy and as a result it is expected that you will be a driven and hands on self-starter, who is not afraid to get things done. You will also be an outstanding communicator with a proactive and flexible approach who demonstrates tact and diplomacy to secure the trust and respect of our clients.
