AMDC based in St Kilda Marina are looking for casual full time forklift operators to join their team. Based in a beautiful bayside setting you will responsible for the careful relocation of our clients ‘precious cargo’ to, from and around the marina.
This role also involves some client liaison and adhoc operational duties around the yard, dock and marina.
You must be dependable, dedicated to your role and take pride in the work you do with a ‘can do’ attitude that exudes your enthusiasm.
Reporting to the Marina Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include;
• Considered forklift operation to relocate boats around the Marina
• Ensuring that all tasks are completed to our high safety standards
• Working closely with team members to undertake adhoc daily dock/yard operations.
• Attending to forklift, building and site maintenance
• Client liaison and customer service
• Understanding of OH&s / WHS

Required Skills:

• Ability to work autonomously
• Understanding of safe work practices
• Forklift licence
• Maintenance
• Excellent communication
