Job Description:

Laminator/Chopper Gun Operator
Our purpose at Edencraft is to provide the world’s best trailer boat experience. A number of exciting opportunities are available. Working as an integral member of the lay-up team, you will learn the art of composite manufacturing and ultimately create Edencraft’s renowned boats. On the job training will be provided. You will have the opportunity to work in all areas of boat production.

Role Overview

Operate chopper gun for composite lamination
Adhere to strict laminate production schedules
Possess expert knowledge of composite materials
Lead a team of boat builders to meet production goals and deadlines
What you will need to succeed

Excellent attention to detail
Hand skills
Demonstrate ability to work to strict deadlines and meet targets
An understanding and curiosity to learn about manufacturing processes
Demonstrate ability to communicate and work well within a team environment
