When a family friend, Jake Broadhead from Geelong Marine World, offered him work experience, Ryder jumped at the opportunity. His enthusiasm and work ethic quickly stood out, and he soon transitioned into a full-time apprenticeship. Now, he’s thriving as a first-year marine mechanical apprentice and already making a big impression on the team.
