Based in Moolap, Geelong, we are committed to delivering innovative and top-tier craftsmanship to a variety of industries across Australia. We are building a dynamic team focused on producing the finest plugs and moulds in the country. As we grow, we are looking for a composite Plug and Mould Maker, ensuring that we continue to exceed expectations while maintaining a strong, collaborative culture.
Role Overview
- Build EPS and Epoxy plugs using advanced 5-axis CNC machinery
- Apply and detail primer and topcoats
- Spray and laminate composite moulds
- Detail and wax moulds to the highest standard

- Demonstrate ability to work to strict deadlines and meet targets
- An understanding and curiosity to learn about manufacturing processes
- Demonstrate ability to communicate and work well within a team environment
