Our team is passionate about delivering world-class service and memorable interactions. We are now seeking a driven and personable Customer Service Manager to help us deliver exceptional customer service at this unique coastal asset.

As the Customer Service Manager, you will be the friendly and professional face of St Kilda Marina. Your primary responsibility is to ensure every client, tenant, and visitor receives outstanding service—from first contact through to ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day reception and customer service operations.
• Manage all client, tenant, and visitor enquiries with warmth and professionalism.
• Coordinate bookings, payments, and admin for marina services.
• Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services and quick issue resolution.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming front-of-house area aligned with our service-oriented brand.
• Support tenant communications, customer feedback processes, and guest experience improvements.
• Assist with events, activations, and community initiatives at the marina.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment and wants to be part of a passionate, purpose-driven team.
• You have proven experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, retail, or a similar sector.
• You’re friendly, organised, reliable, and calm under pressure.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You’re comfortable using basic office/admin software and booking systems.
• Experience in the marina, property or marine sector (boating, yacht clubs, etc.) is a bonus—but not essential.
• You enjoy working as part of a close-knit team, and take pride in creating a great first impression.
