Job Description:
We are looking for a full time motivated qualified or near qualified technician to join our workshop. Your role will offer a wide variety of work including:
• general service and repairs on Outboard motors, new and used
• outboard repowers
• trailer and caravan repairs
• new boat fit outs
• engine and gearbox reconditioning
Our Service Department also carries out extensive boat fit outs including engine and rigging, electronic fitting and commissioning, lighting, vessel attitude control systems, steering systems, Yamaha’s Helm Master EX with Digital Electronic steering and Joystick controls.
Working with a small, experienced team this position would be ideal for a trade qualified technician with a background in either Automotive, Marine, or light engines or 3rd or 4th year apprentice wanting to secure a role and further their career.
The position is Monday to Friday, offering a great work life balance, with only the occasional paid overtime. Above award rates make this an excellent opportunity.
Required Skills:
- Qualified tradesperson
