Dunbier Marine Products is seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development / Sales Manager to lead our commercial growth across Queensland and the Northern Territory. This permanent, full-time position inherits a high-performing, well-established territory with exceptional dealer relationships across the state.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will manage, support, and expand our comprehensive network of marine dealerships throughout QLD and the N.T. Your primary focus will be maximizing sales volume, introducing new product lines, and ensuring our brand remains the first choice for boat trailers and marine accessories. This role Is available due to a pending retirement and the successful candidate will step into a high performing network throughout the territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage and grow existing QLD/NT marine dealer accounts.
– Identify and secure new commercial business opportunities.
– Conduct regular on-site dealer visits and product training.
– Achieve state sales targets and volume KPIs.
– Represent Dunbier at industry events and boat shows.
– Provide accurate market feedback and sales forecasting.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
– Proven track record in B2B sales or account management.
– Experience within the marine, automotive, or industrial sectors.
– Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
– Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
– Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally.
– Medium to high level presentation and communication skills.
– Medium level MS office suite.
– SAP Business one experience highly valued.
